Cancellation Policy for Online Payments at Surendranath Law College
This policy outlines the process for cancelling payments made through our online platform, integrated with a secure payment gateway.
Cancellations Initiated by Student:
If a student initiates a cancellation request for a completed online payment:
Full Refund: Refunds will be issued for cancellations requested within 3 days of the payment date (excluding weekends and holidays) if:
The associated program/service has not yet begun.
Payment is not updated in our software.
Partial or No Refund: Refunds may be limited or not offered after 3 days or if resources have been accessed.
Cancellations Due to Technical Issues:
In the rare event of a technical issue with the payment gateway causing a successful but unauthorized transaction, the student should contact Surendranath Law College immediately. We will work with the payment gateway to investigate and process a full refund within 7 business days.
Refunds:
All processed refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method used.
Students will be notified via email upon completion of the refund process.
